603 - Purpose-First Technology: How Shell Chose its Learning Experience Platform
Shell has a large indirect workforce with no access to its internal network and learning platforms. This audience is highly attuned to discovering and consuming content online across a range of device types. Finding a learning experience platform that allows the company not just to offer company content to this audience, but to present it in a way that reflects their positive personal experiences online, is critical for engagement and absorption of content.
