LS-DX on-demand sessions are recorded videos you can access starting at this date and time, and watch at your own convenience.
Just like some people suffer from motion sickness or vertigo in a moving vehicle, it is not uncommon for the same side effects to occur when entering an immersive virtual world. It is so common, in fact, that it is referred to as VR motion sickness. When designing any VR experience, it is important to take the necessary precautions to either prevent or minimize the potential effects of VR motion sickness.
The session will focus on what causes VR motion sickness and what some of the symptoms of VR motion sickness can be. It will examine how to minimize the potential effects of VR motion sickness. You’ll better understand which design components are responsible for VR motion sickness, and how to design an experience to minimize or avoid VR motion sickness.
