Management and Strategy

Blended learning is a phrase that has been part of the L&D vernacular for decades, but it’s taken on new meaning and weight in the context of the pandemic. Some organizations are beginning to consider a return to offices, some are taking a more cautious approach and continuing to work remotely, while still others are exploring a more blended approach that allows for both in-office and remote work. L&D strategies must adapt to this newly blended work environment, redefining what “blended learning” means in the process.

In this panel discussion we explore strategies for supporting the new blended world of learning. We will hear examples of how organizations are planning to support their workforces going forward, and learn how L&D strategies are adapting to those changes. We will explore the key shifts we can expect in the future of L&D, and examine what we need to do to prepare ourselves, our teams, and our organizations for the changes to come.
