Conference Fees

Your registration includes the entire two-and-a-half-day event, Tuesday, May 4 – Thursday, May 6, materials, beverage breaks, lunch, and Expo Reception.

  • $1,595.00 USD—Discounted rate for Learning Guild members with the Online Conference Subscription
  • $1,695.00 USD—Discounted rate for Learning Guild members
  • $1,895.00 USD—Standard rate

Registration Discounts

The following discounts may apply to your registration fee for the Learning Solutions 2021 conference. Best of all, many of these discounts are cumulative: you can combine (1) a standard Learning Guild membership discount, (2) one early bird discount, (3) one organizational discount, and (4) a group discount for substantial savings. (Note: These discounts do not apply to 2-day certificate programs, pre-conference workshops, co-located events, or the student rate.)

If you are a Learning Guild member, make sure you are logged-in when you register online so our system will calculate your final fee, factoring in your discounts! You can log-in at the top of this page.

Early Discounts

  • Best Possible Rate Discount: Save $250 on your registration when you register and pay by Friday, December 18, 2020.
  • Super Early Discount: Save $200 on your registration when you register and pay between Saturday, December 19, 2020 and Friday, February 5, 2021.
  • Early Discount: Save $100 on your registration when you register and pay between Saturday, February 6, 2021 and Friday, March 19, 2021.

Learning Guild Membership Discounts

  • Guild members get a $200 discount on their conference registration
  • Guild members with an Online Conference Subscription get a $300 discount on their conference registration

Organizational Discounts

Organizational discounts only apply to your Learning Solutions Conference registration. To validate your registration at any of the following special discounted rates, you MUST provide documentation of your organization’s status and your full-time employment with that organization. Please send an email to service@LearningGuild.com or fax to +1.707.566.8963 within 24 hours of your online registration.

  • Nonprofit—$250 Discount if you are employed by any nonprofit organization
  • Government—$250 Discount if you are employed by any government or military organization
  • Academic Institution—$250 Discount if you are employed by an accredited academic institution

Group Discount

Groups of three or more from the same organization qualify for a 10% Learning Solutions conference registration discount.

Student Discount

Current full-time students at any accredited university are eligible for a discounted registration rate of $595. To receive the discounted rate, you MUST validate your registration by providing documentation of your current, full-time, student enrollment status. Please email documentation to service@LearningGuild.com or fax to +1.707.566.8963 within 24 hours of your online registration.

Optional Pre-conference Activities

Add a variety of optional pre-conference activities to your conference registration to enhance your entire experience!

All optional Certificate Programs will be held on Sunday, May 2 and Monday, May 3. Your registration includes the entire two-day program, all materials, lunch, and beverage breaks.

Pre-Conference Workshops (Optional)

All optional Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on Sunday, May 2, and Monday, May 3. Your registration includes the entire one-day program, all materials, lunch, and beverage breaks.

One-Day Certificate Workshop Fees

  • $495.00 USD—When combined with Learning Solutions registration
  • $595.00 USD—Standard rate

 

Co-located Events (Optional)

All co-located events include the entire 1-day program, all materials, lunch, and beverage breaks.

Realities360 Event Fees

  • $495.00 USD—When combined with Learning Solutions registration
  • $595.00 USD—Standard rate
     

Learning Leaders Forum Event Fees

  • $595.00 USD—When combined with Learning Solutions registration
  • $695.00 USD—Standard rate

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to service@LearningGuild.com or faxed to +1.707.566.8963. Substitutions can be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Please call +1.707.566.8990 to arrange a substitution.

Conference Tickets:

For full conference cancellations received prior to the close of business on April 5, 2021:

  • A $150.00 handling/processing fee will be assessed, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving your request.

For full conference cancellations received April 6, 2021 through April 30, 2021:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
  • Substitutions may be made to another show to be used within one year.

Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another Learning Guild conference more than once.

For full conference cancellations received after April 30, 2021:

  • No refunds or substitutions will be issued.

Pre-conference Activities:

For workshop and co-located event cancellations received prior to the close of business on April 5, 2021:

  • A $50.00 handling/processing fee will be assessed, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded.

For workshop and co-located event cancellations received April 6, 2021 through April 30, 2021:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Substitutions may be made to another person at any time.
  • Substitutions may be made to another show to be used within one year.

Note: Registration cannot be transferred to another Learning Guild conference more than once.

For workshop and co-located event cancellations received after April 30, 2021:

  • No refunds or substitutions will be issued.
