David Sensenig, MEd, DES, is an instructional designer with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has worked in education since 2004. He has experience designing and producing self-paced eLearning, certificate programs, webinars, video content, and online and in-person conferences. Working in the association space has given him a particular interest in navigating the balance between educational needs and business constraints to create products that are financially sustainable and appealing to (and effective for) consumers. He regularly develops training resources for subject matter experts and innovates process improvements for planning, producing, and reviewing courses.
