Learning Consultant, WHO
Elham Arabi is a learning consultant at World Health Organization (WHO). Elham has more than10 years' experience in instructional design and developing online and blended learning solutions. She earned her PhD from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her thesis was on enhancing training design based on training evaluation. She worked with a large medical center to improve their nursing training programs using practice-based research. In this approach, she was a researcher and learning consultant to work with stakeholders to improve the training programs in an iterative design cycle.
