Dr. Yi Yang is a passionate, innovative, and results-driven leader, educator, trainer, and researcher specializing in learning sciences, curriculum/program development, instructional design, and workforce development. Dr. Yang chairs the Doctor of Instructional Design Leadership Program for Franklin University. She oversees the program curriculum, management, faculty training, and program assessment. She served as a grant reviewer for the National Science Foundation. Her research interests include online education quality, online teaching and learning effectiveness, eLearning, game-based learning, gamification, and instructional design leadership competencies. Dr. Yang earned her Ph D in instructional systems and workforce development from Mississippi State University.
